Problem we solve

Our people are already using AI, and we don't know what they're sharing

AI is useful, so your people use it, often before anyone has decided what's safe.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from people in your shoes

  • “I just paste it into ChatGPT. It's faster.”
  • “Should we be paying for Copilot? Everyone says we need it.”
  • “Our software vendor says their new AI feature is already turned on.”
  • “Someone in accounting built a tool with AI. Nobody else knows how it works.”

Why it happens

AI tools are free, fast, and genuinely helpful, so people start using them before anyone has decided which tools are approved or what's off limits. Client files, patient details, and financials end up in consumer apps that may keep, and learn from, what they're given.

Banning AI rarely works; it just moves to personal phones. And switching on Copilot without preparation can surface every overshared file in your Microsoft 365 to anyone who asks the right question.

How navitend fixes it

We start with what's already happening: which tools your people use, and for what. Then we write a short acceptable-use policy, give people an approved option that keeps your data inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and fix the permissions AI would otherwise expose.

We use AI ourselves every day, with a person deciding what to ask and checking what comes back. We'll help you get the same benefit at a pace that fits, and we'll tell you where it isn't worth it.
