Pricing

How our pricing works

Three simple parts, a predictable monthly number, and no long-term lock-in.

Three parts, each tied to something real

Your monthly agreement is built from three parts, so you pay for what your organization actually has, not for a one-size-fits-all bundle.

  1. Your devices. A monthly fee for each computer we support, for example $50 per PC or Mac. Add or retire a computer and the number follows.
  2. Your people's Microsoft 365. Each person's Microsoft 365 license, right-sized to what their role needs.
  3. Supporting your organization. A monthly fee for the help desk and for getting your organization back to work when something goes wrong. It ranges from $500 to $25,000 a month, depending on the size and complexity of your organization and the hours you operate.

What sets the organization fee

It reflects the scope of what we're supporting, not your headcount on a given day.

  • Size and complexity: more locations, systems, and people to support means more work
  • Hours: an office that works 9 to 4 and never on weekends costs less than a 24/7/365 skilled nursing facility

Once it's set, it stays put. Hiring a couple of people doesn't change it. A major change, like opening a new office or growing or shrinking substantially, is when we'd revisit it together.

Built for how your organization is shaped

Because devices and people are priced separately, the model fits organizations that look very different:

  • More people than computers: 15 office staff plus 30 drivers and installers who need email but not a laptop
  • More computers than people: a hospital running three shifts on fixed workstations, with laptops only for professional and leadership staff
  • One person, one laptop: a professional firm, with a handful of spares we keep ready in our secure depot

Agreements that don't lock you in

We don't commit clients to long-term contracts unless they want one. Our agreements typically run 12 months, which gives you a predictable budget rhythm.

At the end of the first term, we review your experience together, including how much you actually called on us, and suggest changes if they'd serve you better. Pricing adjusts each year for inflation, based on the Consumer Price Index published by the federal government.

Reasonable minimums

Many IT providers won't take on an organization spending less than $1,500 a month. Our organization fee starts at $500, so growing organizations get the same team and standards as our largest clients.

Why not pay-as-you-go?

Hourly, pay-as-you-go IT looks cheaper until something breaks. It rewards the provider for problems, not for preventing them. A monthly agreement means we both win when things run smoothly.

Common questions

Is there a long-term contract? Not unless you want one. Agreements typically run 12 months.

Will my price go up if we hire people? Your organization fee won't. Your device and Microsoft 365 counts follow what you actually use.

Is there an onboarding fee? In some circumstances, yes, depending on what it takes to bring your environment up to our standards. If one applies, you'll know the amount before you sign.

Are projects included? Projects, such as a migration, a new office, or a server replacement, are quoted up front with a fixed scope so you can approve them knowing the cost.

Is the Microsoft 365 licensing review really free? Yes, for organizations under 300 employees.
