Problem we solve
Nobody really owns our website, hosting, or DNS
The site needs updates, the hosting login belongs to a former agency, and nobody's sure who controls the domain.
Sound familiar?
What we hear from people in your shoes
- “Who has the login for our hosting?”
- “Our last web developer disappeared.”
- “The site says it needs updates, but we're afraid to click the button.”
- “Email stopped working after the website was moved.”
Why it happens
Websites are often built by an agency or a freelancer and then left alone. Hosting, the domain, and DNS end up in someone else's account, and they move with every new marketing company. Meanwhile the site falls behind on updates, and an out-of-date site is one of the most common ways attackers get in.
Because DNS also controls your email, one wrong change during a handoff can take email down for days.
How navitend fixes it
We take ownership of the technical side. We find every domain, DNS record, hosting account, and login, move them into accounts your organization controls, and then host, update, back up, and monitor the site. We host more than 50 sites, from WordPress to custom applications.
We're not a marketing company, and we work well with yours. They own the message; we keep the foundation safe.
What changes
- Your organization owns its domain, DNS, and logins
- The site is current, backed up, and monitored
- Website changes don't break email
- Your marketing agency can focus on marketing
