encourage. work.

Let's start there. If we can do those two things reasonably well, we're on the right track.

This title attempts to do a few things.

First, emphasize the benefit of having a "system" for your business.

Second, it introduces the Encourage Work Maturity Model. Which walks the reader through some fundamental aspects of running your business. The model is a combination of a few other works by well-established authors.

First, borrowing from Tim Keller's Every Good Endeavor we learn that work done well matters. Not just for today, but for Eternity.

Second, borrowing from Dr. Eli Goldratt and his numerous books covering the Theory of Constraints, we stay focused on only putting energy into things which are holding us back. Improvements at "non bottlenecks" either don't help, or make things worse.

Dr. Stephen Covey's seminal Seven Habits of Highly Effective People reminds us to work on the Important and the Non-Urgent. That's where the magic happens.

The balance of the model steps the reader through the steps of organizing and executing as a team.

Lastly, it introduces a software platform named encouragework.com which is useful for organizations looking to implement their own system including planning, accountability, KPIs and more.
