In this excellent work, Jeff Sutherland (one of the original signers of the Agile Manifesto) introduces the key elements of the methodology.
We particularly like his content on "estimating;" where we tend to rank things on a 1-10 scale, in reality, the real world is more logarithmic in nature.
This is a great book to listen to in additon to the print/ebook editions.
